Designs, builds, and evolves Android experiences for Motive customers. Owns features from technical design through launch, builds firmware features for next-generation hardware, and collaborates across engineering and product teams.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end development of Android features from design to launch.
- Translate product requirements into maintainable Android architecture.
- Build firmware features for next-generation hardware.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and support teams.
- Investigate complex bugs and performance issues.
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews and automated testing.

- 5+ years software engineering experience, including Android development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java with Android SDKs.
