About the role
SharePoint/O365 Developer role building guest access solutions, automating provisioning, and enforcing policy. Involves Power Automate, Azure Functions, and integration with ServiceNow/JIRA.
What you'll do
- Develop request/approval/provisioning flows with Power Automate/Logic Apps/Azure Functions
- Implement site templates and PnP provisioning including policies and sensitivity labels
- Integrate with ServiceNow/JIRA for approvals and audit trails
- Automate Access Reviews, entitlement packages, and JIT access using Graph API/PowerShell
- Enforce Conditional Access and sharing policies via configuration baselines
- Build telemetry and dashboards using KQL/M365 usage
What they're looking for
- Hands-on SPO dev/admin: SPFx, PnP Framework/PowerShell, CSOM, Graph API
- Experience with Azure Functions/Logic Apps, secure APIs, and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Access Reviews, PIM
- Working knowledge of Purview sensitivity labels/DLP
- Solid C#/TypeScript and Agile tooling (JIRA/Bitbucket/Artifactory)
