About the role
Senior Technical Courseware Developer designing end-to-end cybersecurity training across instructor-led, lab, and eLearning formats. Reports to the Technical Training Content Development Manager in Product Management and builds persona-based, task-driven curricula.

- Drive discovery with SMEs to define learner personas and course architectures
- Create instructor-ready decks and facilitation materials
- Design and build interactive scenario-driven eLearning at scale
- Design and validate hands-on lab journeys end-to-end
- Define assessment approaches and objective-mapped items
