About the role
Senior Staff Engineer on the Client Connector Team, owning critical service-layer components such as RPC, user session handling, and data pipelines. Improve stability, performance, and maintainability of the Client Connector Agent. Requires Windows systems programming and networking expertise.
What you'll do
- Design and implement features across CCA service, user-mode UI, and subsystems
- Diagnose and fix complex production issues like service crashes and race conditions
- Improve reliability of long-running Windows service code
- Work on VDI-specific flows such as tunnel traffic accounting
- Review code and mentor engineers on Windows systems programming
