About the role
Senior Software Engineer with strong PEGA background to lead a delivery team, design and deploy PEGA-based solutions, and collaborate with distributed teams across APAC and other regions in an Agile environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee technical solutions of the delivery team
- Design, develop and deploy PEGA-based software solutions
- Work in Agile/Scrum software delivery lifecycle
- Support production applications by analyzing incidents and fixing defects
- Develop automated and manual unit tests
- Mentor other PEGA developers
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or 5+ years equivalent IT experience
- Minimum 5 years in Business Process Management
- Pega PRPC experience
- Process modeling and business analysis skills
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Pega CSA/CSSA/LSA preferred
