About the role
Xendit seeks a Senior Product Manager to own XenPlatform, its complex payment processing infrastructure, setting product direction for marketplaces and platforms across regions. The role owns strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, breaking down complex problems for engineering teams with payments and commercial judgment.
What you'll do
- Drive overall product strategy and roadmap for XenPlatform
- Understand enterprise customers across marketplaces, embedded finance, SaaS
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, GTM on ICP
- Design intuitive API and dashboard experiences
- Build scalable account structures for enterprise merchants
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver features
What they're looking for
- 5+ years product management in fintech and/or B2B
- Payments processing (acquiring/issuing) or cross-border payouts experience
- Experience with onboarding and KYC/KYB flows
- Track record driving roadmap across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of technical, regulatory, operational challenges of global financial products
