About the role
Product Manager for digital justice and public administration IT products. Owns the full product lifecycle from concept to operations, aligning customer needs with technology and business goals. Requires German and English skills and experience in IT product management.
What you'll do
- Steer the full product lifecycle from concept to operations
- Analyze customer needs and derive product requirements as epics and user stories
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with development teams and stakeholders
- Assess technical feasibility and collaborate with interdisciplinary IT teams
- Act as central contact for customers, dev teams, and stakeholders
- Develop product strategy and positioning based on market and business goals
- Report regularly to management on product progress
What they're looking for
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
- Several years of experience in IT product management
- Experience developing and implementing product strategies and business models
- Knowledge of agile methods and practical experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Experience formulating, structuring, and prioritizing requirements as user stories
- Strong communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
