About the role
Owns the Odoo ERP product with focus on Order Management (OMS), reviewing exceptions across Odoo, eCommerce, and platforms like Zendesk and Magento2. Drives automation of order-related customer service and self-service expansion while managing the full product lifecycle and ERP tech roadmap.
What you'll do
- Oversee entire product lifecycle and roadmap from idea to production release
- Lead IT processes for Order Management in collaboration with customer service
- Build trust with internal stakeholders and drive ERP tech roadmap prioritisation
- Continuously monitor and optimise systems and related processes
- Define product requirements and prioritise features across departments
What they're looking for
- 5+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager for ERP or OMS software
- Knowledge of Odoo is a substantial plus
- Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, and Kanban
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SQL for large data sets
- Fluent English; German or Polish a bonus
