About the role
Product Manager for the ERP system Odoo, focusing on Order Management (OMS) and integrations with eCommerce platforms and customer service tools. Owns the ERP tech roadmap, prioritises features, and drives automation of order-related processes across departments.
What you'll do
- Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for Odoo ERP, especially Order Management
- Review and resolve exceptions in flows between Odoo, eCommerce shop, and other platforms
- Collaborate with Customer Service to automate order-related tasks and expand self-service
- Define product requirements and prioritise features with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and optimise systems and processes, influencing overall IT landscape
- Drive collaborative prioritisation of the ERP tech roadmap with stakeholders
What they're looking for
- At least 5 years as Product Owner/Manager for ERP or OMS software
- Knowledge of Odoo is a substantial plus
- Experience with connected systems and cross-team collaboration is a plus
- Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, and Kanban
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and handling large data sets, ideally SQL
- Fluent English; German or Polish a bonus
