The role drives strategy and roadmap for a compliance-heavy product, working with a full cross-functional team and shaping its evolution into the broader Shine Payroll proposition.
What you'll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Netherlands payroll product
- Translate company and Payroll Tribe strategy into clear priorities and trade-offs for the team
- Work with Engineering, Design, and the Payroll Expert to turn complex, compliance-heavy requirements into simple, scalable product solutions
- Serve existing customers well while evolving the product as part of Shine Payroll and unlocking new growth beyond the Netherlands
