Senior Product Manager for Machine Learning at an AI healthcare startup. Owns the ML product roadmap for speech and NLP, defines model evaluation frameworks, and drives shipping of ML-powered features to production. Works closely with Speech & NLP leads and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Own the ML product roadmap for core speech and NLP across markets
- Run a structured customer-feedback loop with Sales, Support, and Success
- Define and maintain the model evaluation framework and release gates
- Partner with Speech & NLP Leads to ship improvements to production
- Improve product analytics and ML data integration
- Own ML product KPIs and drive measurable improvements
What they're looking for
- Extensive experience in Product Management
- Background in speech recognition, NLP, or LLM-based products is a plus
- Strong technical fluency in ML: evaluation, training data, trade-offs, release mechanics
- Track record of shipping ML-powered products with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience designing ML model evaluation frameworks
- Excellent English; German is a plus
