About the role
Owns AI and automation initiatives improving internal workflows, starting with Connect API and connectivity platform workflows. Leads discovery, roadmap and delivery of AI-native tools used in practice, later extending AI into customer-facing products.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery with internal users to find AI/automation opportunities
- Own vision, roadmap and backlog for AI initiatives
- Turn user needs into requirements, acceptance criteria and success measures
- Work with AI and platform engineers from discovery to rollout
- Ship working improvements early with continuous incremental delivery
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of technical products, APIs or platforms
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-native capabilities or AI-enabled workflows
- Comfortable prototyping with AI coding and automation tools
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limits (retrieval, tools/API calling)
- Confident using product data and user feedback to assess impact
- Clear written and verbal English
