Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

About the role
Own product strategy for identity and access management across DataSnipper's platform. Serve customer admins, IT and security teams, and internal product teams. Work with a dedicated engineering team in Amsterdam at a $1B bootstrapped unicorn serving audit and finance.
What you'll do
- Own how customers sign in, provision users, and how access is granted, reviewed and removed
- Shape a consistent access model other product teams build on
- Give large organizations controls for access at scale and identity provider provisioning
- Make administration simple for customer IT and security teams
- Define how access works with automation and AI agents
- Run a platform roadmap, align dependencies, and act as product voice in enterprise security reviews
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, including platform or infrastructure products
- Experience with identity and access in enterprise products: SSO (SAML, OIDC), user provisioning (SCIM)
- Role-based or fine-grained permissions across complex organizations
- Strong technical depth and real interest in the identity space
- Ability to lead cross-functionally without formal authority
