About the role
Senior growth PM for Trusted Shops' consumer membership team, owning the growth agenda end to end. Focuses on experimentation, acquisition, activation, retention and monetization to drive sustainable consumer business growth.
What you'll do
- Own growth outcomes and define product and experimentation strategy with KPIs
- Uncover opportunities across the consumer journey using data and research
- Build and prioritize a growth roadmap balancing quick tests and strategic bets
- Design, run and evaluate experiments; scale validated ideas
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Provide product leadership and structure ambiguous problems

- Several years of product management experience, ideally in growth/conversion/retention
- Track record of measurable business results
- Strong experimentation and analytics experience
- Excellent product judgment and analytical thinking
- Comfort with ambiguity and stakeholder management
