What you'll do
- Own multi-year product strategy and roadmap for fraud prevention and authentication
- Improve fraud prevention across signup, login, and account management
- Balance fraud prevention with customer experience and friction reduction
- Partner with Data Science to define model objectives and evaluate performance
- Determine fraud decision thresholds and rules
- Establish and monitor fraud and detection metrics
