About the role
Senior PM for Adyen's FX and Cash Management team, owning strategy and roadmap for a reliable FX trading platform and a first-in-class Treasury Management System. High-impact role aiming to grow financial products business 10x in 2-5 years, with an AI-first development mindset.
What you'll do
- Set strategy and roadmap for FX and cash management team
- Lead execution with Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance, Commercial teams
- Establish FX governance and operational metrics across teams
- Build a Treasury Management System for customers and internal teams
- Define vision, strategy and goals within first 6-12 months
What they're looking for
- 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast-growing tech/fintech
- 2+ years experience in FX and/or cash management
- Track record delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy
- Strong product instincts and data-based decision mindset
- AI-forward thinking and strong communication
