About the role
Easyship seeks a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and roadmap for two squads: Finance (payments, billing, invoicing, reconciliation) and Account Management (lifecycle, verification, fraud and risk). The role is onsite in Bengaluru following UK collaboration hours.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Finance and Account Management squads
- Reduce payment costs and failures; manage provider migrations
- Grow revenue through fee/pricing structures and VAT/GST invoicing
- Own end-to-end account lifecycle from sign-up to closure
- Define fraud and risk controls across onboarding and payments
- Author PRDs and Opportunity Assessments
What they're looking for
- Experience in product management
- Knowledge of ecommerce shipping, warehousing and fulfillment
- Experience defining solutions aligning with product vision
- Ability to coordinate with design and engineering teams
- Experience with payments, billing, or account management
