About the role
Senior PM for Enterprise Solutions at Omada Health, a virtual-first chronic care provider. Owns discovery and strategic partnerships with payers, PBMs and providers, working between product squads and commercial teams. Reports to Senior Director, Product.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and shape strategic customer partnerships in payer, PBM and provider ecosystem
- Identify gaps and opportunities and advocate for problems to solve with partners
- Support Senior Director, Product on high-impact special projects
- Partner with other PMs to build innovative programs and tools
- Mentor and support other PMs on the team
- Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 10+ years of combined market/product strategy, PM, GM, software development, consulting or business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
- Track record bringing 0-1 products to market
- Experience analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts
