About the role
Hands-on Senior Product Manager for Axi Crypto's Trading Product Team, building multi-country trading products across Spot, Futures and Options. Owns trading products end-to-end from trader needs and detailed specs through build, launch and iteration.
What you'll do
- Own and execute trading products across Spot and Derivatives (Futures, Options)
- Write detailed specs translating complex trading requirements into executable requirements
- Go deep into order types, validation rules, pricing, fees, margin, leverage, P&L and order lifecycle
- Work with Engineering on architecture, APIs, order lifecycles and dependencies
- Partner with Design on intuitive trading experiences
- Own performance scorecard, resolve blockers, monitor post-launch and iterate
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Meaningful experience shipping equity or crypto trading products
- Deep understanding of Spot & Derivatives trading mechanics and order lifecycle
- Ability to write/orchestrate detailed product specs for Engineering and AI
- Hands-on product execution role
