About the role
Owns the BAD (Business Application Development) product, covering customer-facing purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and organization administration. Defines vision, strategy, and roadmap for a technically complex licensing and entitlements ecosystem, driving unified experiences across many systems.
What you'll do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BAD Product systems
- Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys across purchasing, subscriptions, licensing, and administration
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across sub-systems to build a unified experience
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, QA from discovery to launch
- Define and track product metrics for adoption, conversion, and support demand
- Communicate product direction and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders
What they're looking for
- Proven track record managing complex SaaS, enterprise, or B2B product areas end to end
- Experience with product discovery, user research, and roadmap prioritization
- Experience with multi-team dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-informed decision making using telemetry, metrics, and experimentation
- Comfort working with engineering on APIs, data models, and system integrations
- Fluency in English
