About the role
Tekion is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own AI/ML-powered Service capabilities across scheduling, repair orders, parts, technician workflows, and invoicing for dealership users. The role sets systems design standards and partners directly with ML engineers.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for AI/ML Service capabilities
- Partner with ML/AI engineers to prioritize and productize use cases
- Define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, time saved)
- Design scalable solutions across dealership sizes and regions
- Set systems design and framework standards for other PMs
- Use data to drive roadmap decisions

- 8+ years of Product Management owning customer-facing SaaS products
- 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML product management
- Strong systems design and product architecture skills
