About the role
Senior Product Manager leads strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives on Tekion's cloud-native automotive retail platform. The role owns roadmaps for assigned product lines and works cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to launch features
- Engage customers, sales, and customer success to gather feedback and validate concepts
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and usage data for prioritization
- Define success metrics and ensure measurable outcomes aligned to strategy
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to organizational frameworks
What they're looking for
- 6–8 years of product management experience, including ownership of major product lines
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven success developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decisions
