About the role
Senior Product Manager owning Workforce Compliance products, primarily handbooks and compliance learning, plus multi-state/jurisdiction management and onboarding. Sits on a newly formed product team focused on end-to-end customer compliance problems for US employers and partners like brokers, PEOs, and HCM platforms.
What you'll do
- Own the customer problem of keeping multi-location workforces compliant with required policies, notices, and training
- Define product direction across handbooks, compliance learning, and multi-state/jurisdiction management
- Build on shared intelligence and reusable capabilities across the portfolio
- Engage buyers, users, approvers, and accountable owners behind compliance jobs
- Communicate clearly to speed up decision-making and raise concerns early
