About the role
Senior Product Manager drives high-impact e-commerce products for Tier 2/3/4 India, owning problem discovery through delivery with high autonomy. Cross-functional leadership role also managing a small team of analysts and associate PMs.
What you'll do
- Understand e-commerce market and customer/seller needs via research and analysis
- Identify and prioritize problems, breaking them into smaller chunks
- Facilitate solution discovery through MVPs and prototypes
- Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ship
- Create go-to-market plans with business and marketing stakeholders
- Define and track product metrics; create 3-month forward roadmaps
- Manage a small team of product analysts and associate PMs
What they're looking for
- 7+ years overall experience, with at least 4+ years in product management
- Experience in a tech-led company (consumer internet preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving with first-principles thinking
- Understanding of technology and product processes (A/B testing, PRDs, backlogs)
- Ability to create product roadmaps
