About the role
Josys is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build its AI-powered B2B SaaS platform for IT SaaS operations and identity security. The role owns product areas from discovery to launch, collaborating across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
What you'll do
- Understand market trends and user needs to identify customer pain points.
- Break complex problem statements into incremental product delivery.
- Own quarterly planning and roadmap for a product domain.
- Define product requirements and drive end-to-end execution.
- Conduct customer interviews and analyse feedback for product decisions.
- Lead UAT, track adoption, and drive iterative improvements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time.
