About the role
Senior PM owning the roadmap for Hive's fulfillment-facing platform: integrations, operational tooling, onboarding and analytics. Works closely with Engineering, Design, Fulfillment, Growth and Customer Success to improve the merchant fulfillment experience. Reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the platform roadmap across integrations, tooling, onboarding and analytics
- Partner with fulfillment and operations to translate friction into scalable product improvements
- Define and track success metrics from activation to adoption and merchant satisfaction
- Build a feedback loop with Customer Support on recurring merchant pain points
- Drive efficiency and innovation in fulfillment centers

- 5+ years experience with 3+ in product management
- Background in end-customer-facing products
- Roadmap ownership and data-driven prioritization
- Working with APIs and integrations
- Defining and tracking product metrics
- Fluent English
