What you'll do
- Own 18-month product strategy and team objectives for Flights Finance Operations
- Lead zero-to-one discovery and end-to-end design for flight financial reconciliation and settlement
- Manage delivery, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, General Ledger, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish success metrics and apply data analytics to guide strategy
- Transform system usage data and feedback into problem statements and scalable solutions
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of dedicated product management experience with complex technical capabilities
- Aviation FinTech background in travel distribution finance (OTA, airline, GDS, or consolidator)
- Deep expertise in IATA BSP, ARC, and modern settlement frameworks including NDC
- Zero-to-one track record building or scaling flight financial reconciliation
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations
- Technical and data fluency with engineering on architecture and experimentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
