About the role
Senior Product Manager owning Code Insights, BlueOptima's application security product. Owns roadmap, narrative, and commercial outcomes for secrets detection, SAST, and SCA. High-agency role presenting to CISOs and executives, with room to build a PLG motion.
What you'll do
- Set and defend the Code Insights product roadmap (secrets detection, SAST, SCA)
- Engage customers (CISOs, SecOps leads) and convert pilots to paid, renewed accounts
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Revenue on roadmap delivery
- Be accountable for retention and commercial outcomes
- Shape product-led growth motion for Code Insights
What they're looking for
- AppSec domain knowledge (SAST/SCA, secrets detection, OWASP)
- Ability to defend product strategy under pressure from security leaders
- Experience presenting to exec and C-suite stakeholders
- High-agency, ownership-driven mindset
