About the role
Own BlueOptima's Code Insights application security product end to end — roadmap, narrative and commercial outcome. High-agency role pitching to CISOs and security architects, accountable for retention and growth, with room to build a product-led growth motion.
What you'll do
- Set and defend the Code Insights roadmap across secrets detection, SAST and SCA/dependency risk
- Partner with engineering to ship well-scoped releases and own scope/timeline/security trade-offs
- Report product health, risk and roadmap progress to exec/C-suite leadership
- Pitch Code Insights to CISOs, SecOps leads and security architects and defend it against competing tools
- Own customer pilots end to end from technical validation to commercial conversion
- Translate field input into product decisions and represent the product internally to sales and marketing
- Build and own a self-serve product-led growth motion
What they're looking for
- AppSec domain expertise (SAST/SCA, secrets detection, OWASP alignment)
- Comfort defending technical depth in front of CISOs and security architects
- Ability to define and defend roadmaps with Product, Engineering, Data and Revenue stakeholders
- Accountability for retention and commercial outcomes alongside deals closing
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
