About the role
Berlin GovTech company building AI-powered software to digitise administrative processes. Senior PM role owns the full product cycle for new agentic AI use cases, from ideation to release, shaping product architecture with engineering and AI teams.
What you'll do
- Drive full product development cycle from ideation to continuous improvement
- Shape product architecture with engineering and AI (knowledge bases, agentic workflows, conversational interfaces)
- Conduct user research and discovery, validate assumptions early
- Set priorities, rituals, documentation and decision-making routines
- Define scope, success metrics and roadmap with clear trade-offs
- Manage stakeholder progress and ensure quality and reliability of AI features
What they're looking for
- 5+ years product management building customer-facing digital products
- AI-native working style, daily use of tools like Claude and Claude Code
- Proven track record building commercially successful 0-to-1 products
- Comfortable in fast-moving, undefined environments
- Solid experience with agile product development methods
- Fluent English and German
