What you'll do
- Build design vision for major product lines and platforms
- Lead core architectural changes, redesigns and high-priority initiatives
- Set research strategy for ambiguous problems and use behavioral data
- Influence roadmap and negotiate trade-offs with Product and Engineering
- Evolve design system and its governance
- Mentor designers, run workshops and design jams

- Comfortable with strategic ambiguity and undefined problems
- Exceptional craft with high-quality prototypes and storytelling
- Design leadership without formal authority
- Portfolio of complex dashboards, enterprise or analytics platforms
