Senior engineering leader driving enterprise-wide automation and AI transformation of hardware engineering. Builds engineering automation platforms, a Digital Asset Factory and a high-performing India-based Digitalization organization.
What you'll do
- Drive enterprise-wide hardware engineering transformation via automation and AI
- Lead engineering automation platforms for PCB, board, compliance and embedded workflows
- Establish AI-enabled automation standards and governance
- Scale an enterprise Digital Asset Factory for reusable engineering assets
- Build, mentor and lead the India Digitalization team; collaborate globally
What they're looking for
- BS/MS in EE, Computer Engineering, CS or related
- 18+ years in hardware/software engineering, platforms, automation
- 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Large-scale engineering transformation experience
- AI-enabled hardware workflows and engineering automation platform experience
