About the role
Senior implementation engineer role configuring complex EDI, API, ERP and B2B integrations on Cleo Integration Cloud. Acts as technical lead for assigned customer projects and mentors junior engineers. Requires deep EDI expertise and B.E./B.Tech.
What you'll do
- Lead technical delivery for projects from implementation through Hypercare
- Configure and troubleshoot EDI, API, ERP and B2B integrations
- Build BPS workflows, data mappings and API workflows
- Lead customer meetings, workshops, UAT and technical discussions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and onboarding
What they're looking for
- Strong experience with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML and B2B integration
- Expertise in AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTP/S, REST/SOAP, OAuth, API security
- Hands-on BPS workflows, data mappings and ERP integrations
- Troubleshooting, performance optimization and documentation
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related
- 5-7 years experience
