About the role
Designs, builds, deploys, and supports intelligent agents and process-automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Leads technical discovery, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement across automation and AI initiatives.
What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize processes for automation.
- Lead technical discovery and design scalable process automations and AI agents.
- Implement governance, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
- Deploy and manage automations across UiPath, Power Platform, Teams, and other channels.
- Develop integrations and AI capabilities using coding languages, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Monitor solution health, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years developing software or automations in JavaScript, .NET, Python, C#, or Ruby.
- 4+ years designing and deploying process automations using UiPath or similar.
- 2+ years developing or deploying AI/agent solutions.
- Experience with enterprise integration, APIs, and governance.
- Agile environment experience.
