About the role
Requirements Management Tools DevOps Engineer maintaining and improving requirements management tools (Polarion, Jama, etc.) for global engineering teams. Involves tool administration, custom solutions, training, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Maintain requirements management tools (Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J)
- Design and develop custom traceability and reporting solutions
- Advise and coach engineers on tool usage and best practices
- Drive end-to-end architecture for optimal tool performance
- Integrate tools with other development tools for DevOps
- Provide online training and vendor communication
What they're looking for
- Experience with Polarion, 3DS, Jama, DOORS, or similar ALM/PLM tools
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or similar for tool extensions
- Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX (advantage)
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Excellent English communication skills
