About the role
Project Manager, Systems within Cepheid's PMO in Bengaluru, leading complex cross-functional medical device projects spanning hardware, firmware, software, cybersecurity and manufacturing from concept through launch and sustainment.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional systems projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality and delivery
- Build integrated project plans covering requirements, design reviews, V&V and launch readiness
- Establish Waterfall, Agile or hybrid governance and facilitate phase-gate reviews
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and design-control processes
- Manage program risks, issues and mitigation plans with timely escalation
- Track and communicate schedule, budget, resource, risk and milestone performance
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in engineering, computer science or biomedical engineering with 7+ years experience (or master's with 5+)
- At least 5 years project/program management leading cross-functional product development
- Delivery of complex system or electro-mechanical product in at least two of hardware, firmware, software, consumables, connected/cloud
