About the role
Senior Product Manager - Tech on Amazon's Finance Automation team with end-to-end ownership of customer experience from product vision through build and launch. Partners with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap and contribute to technical solution design.
What you'll do
- Listen to and advocate for the customer
- Define and prioritize product roadmap (goals, use cases, requirements, features)
- Contribute to product discovery via user research, customer interviews, and data analysis
- Write press releases, FAQs, and business goals
- Define functional and non-functional technical requirements
- Engage deeply on technical decisions with engineering teams
