About the role
Product Manager to lead development of clinical genomics workflow tools, including case management, data delivery, and AI-driven automation. Bridges lab directors, scientists, and engineering to deliver high-quality genomic insights.
What you'll do
- Define vision and roadmap for case management, data workflows, clinical review, sign-out, and data delivery
- Drive AI-powered innovation from user research to prototypes and specifications
- Translate clinical needs into scalable, prioritized product requirements
- Balance tradeoffs for efficiency, scalability, and clinical quality
- Unify cross-functional teams and oversee product health including data privacy, security, and governance
What they're looking for
- Deep experience or knowledge of clinical genomics and variant interpretation
- 3+ years of software product management experience in a biotech laboratory, preferably clinical
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Engineering, or related technical field
