Own demand management solutions for logistics customer choice, balancing real-time fleet saturation with customer intent. Work with engineering and data science to improve peak-time conversion and reduce cancellations. Hands-on execution and strategy for last-mile delivery efficiency.
What you'll do
- Own roadmap for demand management solutions balancing fleet capacity and ordering
- Take features from idea to launch with Engineering, writing requirements and prioritizing backlog
- Partner with Data Science to shape and evaluate models and AI-driven configurations
- Run experiments and track conversion, cancellation, and fleet saturation metrics
- Align Operations, regional product teams, and engineers on priorities and timelines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure services are consumed and understand end-to-end impact
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in marketplace, logistics, or e-commerce
- Track record managing stakeholders and aligning diverse teams
- Hands-on ownership, comfortable with APIs and system behavior
- Comfort using data to define success measures and assess impact
- Experience working with data scientists and understanding of ML concepts and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to manage competing priorities in changing operational conditions
