About the role
Product Manager in Axi's Partners domain, owning partner-facing products and experiences that support the B2B2C ecosystem. Involves working with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions for partner onboarding, engagement and growth.
What you'll do
- Own and drive the product roadmap for partner-facing platforms and solutions
- Work with business, sales and external partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Build and enhance B2B2C product experiences for partner onboarding, engagement and growth
- Collaborate with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Define product requirements, manage backlogs and ensure smooth execution
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Gather insights from partners, stakeholders and market trends to improve offerings
- Drive strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term product vision
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience in partner-facing, platform, B2B2C or B2C2C environments preferred
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, integrations and business workflows
- Experience working with sales/pre-sales teams or in partner/client-facing roles
- Proven ability to build and scale partner-centric products or platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Fintech domain experience is a plus
