About the role
Senior Product Manager for Kimchi, Cast AI's AI coding and agent platform. Owns exploration of emerging problem spaces across AI coding, inference, and model orchestration, turning ambiguity into validated 0→1 products. Requires strong greenfield judgment and customer discovery.
What you'll do
- Explore emerging problem spaces and connect weak signals into hypotheses
- Talk to customers to uncover underlying problems
- Take opportunities from insight through validation, 0→1 development, and iteration
- Work closely with engineering, design, customers, and GTM
- Decide which problems are worth solving for Kimchi

- Significant experience owning software products end-to-end at senior PM level
- Strong 0→1 product experience from discovery to launch
- Track record of navigating ambiguity and creating clarity
- Excellent problem selection and product judgment
- Strong customer discovery skills
