About the role
Drives development and execution of product initiatives for Tekion's cloud-native automotive retail platform, aligning with business objectives. Develops product strategies and roadmaps for assigned lines/features and collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for assigned product lines or features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and launch new features or products
- Engage with customers, sales, and customer success to gather feedback, validate concepts, and ensure value delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and usage data to inform prioritization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and communication
- Define success metrics and ensure product outcomes are measurable and aligned to strategic objectives

- 4–6 years of experience in product management, including ownership of product lines or features
- Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making
