About the role
Reo.Dev is building a revenue stack for developer-focused companies, using developer activity data to generate sales signals. The Product Manager will work directly with founders to own onboarding, activation, and self-serve journeys, plus broader product initiatives. Requires 5+ years of PM experience in early-stage B2B SaaS startups.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product development for key product areas from discovery to launch
- Drive onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Work closely with founders, engineering, and design to ship fast and iterate
- Translate business and user problems into clear product requirements and execution plans
- Prioritize initiatives for maximum customer and business impact
- Define product requirements, write specs, manage sprint execution, and maintain documentation
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in early-stage tech startups
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS products, ideally with PLG/self-serve journeys
- Experience with onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, or product growth
- Experience working on complex systems, not just linear workflow products
- Highly analytical and comfortable using product and usage data
- Exposure to AI products, developer tools, data products, or intelligence systems
