About the role
Product Manager for compliance products within Motive's Fleet Management portfolio. Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution for regulatory compliance features, working with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to reduce customer risk and deliver measurable impact in a regulated environment.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for compliance products
- Partner with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences
- Identify compliance pain points and translate insights into product requirements
- Drive execution from concept through launch, managing tradeoffs and cross-team alignment
- Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization and improve customer experience
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management
- Track record of delivering commercially successful software products
- Experience building compliance or regulated products is a plus
- Strong customer empathy and product intuition
- Data-driven decision-making using metrics and evidence
- Sufficient technical depth to work with engineers and influence across functions
