About the role
Product Manager at Incision owning product strategy and ownership for their AI-powered surgical knowledge platform (Incision Assist). Combines strategic roadmap work with hands-on backlog execution, reporting to the Head of Product, focused on the operating room and perioperative teams.
What you'll do
- Translate Incision's vision into a clear product roadmap reflecting customer and business priorities
- Act as bridge between users, business and technology to solve the right problems
- Collaborate with Head of Product on strategic direction and portfolio priorities
- Write high-quality requirements and clarify backlog for the development team
- Engage with customers, clinicians and hospital teams to gather feedback and validate ideas
- Partner with Sales, Implementation and Customer Success on customer feedback
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles
- Ideally within SaaS or digital healthcare
- Able to write implementation-ready user stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases
- Proven experience owning and delivering a product end-to-end in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture and trade-offs
