About the role
Product Manager leading the Biometrics product suite at Fourthline's Identity Verification platform, at the intersection of applied AI and financial crime prevention. Partners with engineering and ML engineers to turn machine-learning models into production-grade identity verification products.
What you'll do
- Lead the biometrics product area with Engineering Manager and ML engineers
- Shape product roadmap with engineering and data science grounded in feasibility and business priorities
- Define production-ready standards for AI-powered verification checks
- Drive measurable outcomes: automation rates, verification conversion, fraud prevention
- Take data-driven approach to prioritization using accuracy and acceptance/rejection metrics
- Ensure biometric products meet quality, security, and regulatory standards
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in a Product Owner or Manager role
- Meaningful exposure to ML, computer vision, or AI-powered products
- Understanding of ML development lifecycle and turning research into production products
- Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes and build ROI cases
- Collaborative mindset working with engineering, data, and commercial teams
- Experience in identity verification, biometrics, or Banking/FinTech/RegTech is a plus
