About the role
PM for Agentic AI products at a global RegTech company, part of the recently acquired Kodex AI Berlin team. Owns new agentic products end-to-end—discovery, prototyping, launch, iteration—working closely with the Executive Head of Agentic AI Product.
What you'll do
- Own the product area end to end from problem understanding through delivery, launch, and iteration
- Run customer discovery interviews and dig into usage data to form an evidence-based point of view
- Prototype ideas early and often using AI-generated prototypes
- Use AI and agentic tooling as a personal and team force multiplier
- Define success metrics

- Some experience building AI applications
- Solid product management background
- Passion for agentic AI systems where models reason, act, and learn autonomously
- Technical expertise combined with creativity and a bias for shipping practical solutions
