About the role
Owns new Agentic AI products end-to-end for CUBE's RegTech platform, from customer discovery and AI prototyping through launch and iteration. Works closely with the Executive Head of Agentic AI Product and a compact engineering team within the acquired Berlin startup Kodex AI.
What you'll do
- Own product area end-to-end from problem shaping to launch and iteration
- Run discovery interviews and analyse usage data to form evidence-based views
- Prototype ideas early using AI-generated prototypes
- Use AI and agentic tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and requirements
- Define success metrics and iterate based on customer feedback
