About the role
Principal QA/Networking engineer building test strategies and automation frameworks for Zscaler's cloud security platform. Owns diagnosing customer issues and providing insights to improve product debugging and serviceability.
What you'll do
- Design and develop test strategies simulating complex customer scenarios at scale using Python
- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and APIs into CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, recreating production problems
- Provide insights to dev team to enhance debugging and serviceability
- Collaborate cross-functionally during design phase on cloud software solutions
What they're looking for
- Deep networking knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTP/TLS, L4-L7, tcpdump, Wireshark
- CCNP or equivalent networking experience
- Python-based test automation and framework development
- CI/CD experience (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Foundational AI/ML understanding
