About the role
Principal PM owns the Order Management platform for Cimpress/VistaCreate's print commerce backend, a SaaS engine supporting marketplaces, AI innovation, and omni-channel growth toward $10B transaction volume. The role combines deep technical platform work with strategy, mentoring, and cross-domain leadership.
What you'll do
- Own the Order Management solution end-to-end and make major product decisions
- Build relationships with merchants and Cimpress Technology domains to understand needs
- Define success metrics, use data on order volume, satisfaction, and system performance
- Work with engineers on APIs, events, micro-services, and system architecture
- Create vision and roadmap for order management capabilities
- Mentor 1-2 direct reports and junior PMs across the domain

- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years at senior or principal level
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder products
- Deep expertise in e-commerce, order management, or mission-critical systems
- Experience treating internal engineering teams as customers (platform, infrastructure, internal tools)
